Hi, my name is Steve Adams, I’m 54 years old, and I’m reaching out for help to raise $3,000 to purchase an enclosed mobility scooter.
Due to health and mobility issues, I rely on a very small monthly government income, which simply isn’t enough to cover the cost of this kind of scooter. I’ve done the research and found that an enclosed mobility scooter would make a huge difference in my daily life — especially during the harsh winter months when I still need to get groceries, go to appointments, and handle everyday tasks.
Right now, I take the bus when I need to go out, even in bad weather, and it’s getting harder and harder to manage. An enclosed scooter would allow me to travel safely, stay dry and warm, and regain a sense of independence that I’ve been missing.
This isn’t just about convenience — it’s about dignity, safety, and survival. Every dollar helps bring me closer to this essential piece of equipment. If you're able to give, I would be deeply grateful. And if you can’t give but can share my campaign, that would mean the world to me, too.
Thank you for taking the time to read my story.
