Hello! My name is Ruby, and I am a pre-med student, currently taking a gap year. I’m excited to share with you an opportunity that is deeply meaningful to both my academic journey and my spiritual walk. In the summer of 2026, I have the privilege of joining a medical mission trip to Oaxaca, Mexico, with Dr. Phil and Cassie Ridgeway. During this trip, our team will partner with the Roca Blanca Victory Mission Base to provide practical care and the love of Christ to families in need. Our primary goal is to share Jesus with the people of Mexico by offering primary care, Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine (OMM), simple procedures, and prayer.

This trip is especially significant to me because it aligns deeply with my long-term calling to work in medical missions. I believe God has placed this passion in my heart, and opportunities like this help prepare me to serve communities with limited access to healthcare. In the past, I had the opportunity to serve with ORU Missions in Zimbabwe, where we visited schools, farms, and clinics to share the love of Christ. Through this upcoming experience, I hope to continue growing in qualities essential to a life of medical ministry.
