Hello my name is Hannah and I am 18. I recently got diagnosed with multiple chronic health problems. I am unable to get a job due to my mental health and disability, I am trying to raise money for a mobility aid and tools to help me get around the house and do stuff I wouldn’t be able to do otherwise. I would really appreciate your support and am very grateful for any money donated.
