Hi!!

My name is Lynette and along with my sweet 10 year old son, we are on a journey with JESUS. For as long as I could remember, I have had an aching in my heart for the homeless. No matter what the unfortunate circumstance or addiction was, that brought them to that point - my heart ached. No one deserves to have to BEG for the bare minimum in life.

Almost 10 years ago I gave God my "Yes" as Isaiah stated in Isaiah 6:8.  ^"Then I heard the Lord asking, “Whom should I send as a messenger to this people? Who will go for us?” I said, “Here I am. Send me.” I wanted to be one to go and be the hands and feet of Jesus, I thought it would be overseas missions, but as I prayed, God put a longing to help those my in own country - the United States. 50 states to show the love of Jesus through feeding, clothing and sharing the gospel. 7 years later, it was GO time. After me asking for confirmation after confirmation, He asked me to surrender everything, relocate to Florida from North Carolina and start from scratch and He would restore everything to me, giving HIM the glory and benefiting me and blessing me for my obedience. At that time, I didn't know what was to come.

I relocated and a month later, I was let go by my job forcing us to have to sleep in my car for months in the winter (and it was a wild cold winter in Tampa Bay in 2024). Then 6 months after arriving, I lost my car to repossession. From the beginning I felt the Lord asking me to document the journey in real time as a testimony. I didn't want to do it because I was embarrassed. He said "I thought your heart was for the homeless? Don't you think they are embarrassed having to beg for coins to get something to eat and are unable to shower or rest comfortably?" My heart broke. I obeyed and through the kindness of friends and strangers on the internet through my IG and Tiktok accts, we had somewhere to sleep 95% of the time.

Fast forward to now, I'm applying to jobs and not getting anywhere. GOD has made it clear that He needs my FULL attention for what He's called me because it's not centered in one location. He wants me mobile - ready and willing to go where He calls me to, without hesitation. He's made it clear that my "yes" will be funded by His riches in glory in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:19) and that I will not lack one thing (Psalms 84:11). Recently, there's been a huge PIVOT in what I thought the plans were. Our marching orders changed! And we are to head back to where the "ache" started. The SF Bay Area in California. Where I was born and raised... "on the playground is where I spent most of my days".🥰 *IYKYK* I believe He's calling me to drive to California and along the way He will lead me to the people He's called me to help. I don't know what city or state I'll stop in, it's all radical obedience to the Living Holy Spirit within me. I've done it up until now and never felt alone, so we're off. I don't know how, but I know through who - GOD in Heaven, Creator of Heaven and Earth, my Lord, my Love, my All. Please join me if you feel the nudge to do so.
