My name is Jesse I'm from buffalo ny and in desperate need. My wife has just got diagnosed with an aggressive form of cancer and in the same week i lost my job so there's no income coming in. Most days we don't really eat can't afford groceries for ourselves and use the little bit of food to feed our neice since she lives with us all week just to be able to get an education. were 1300 $ behind on rent 4500 behind on gas and electric. My car died so we been walking to the oncologist appointments.I've sold all my possessions just to try and survive but were struggling right now between jobs hunting not going so well and my wife's cancer diagnosis and treatments of radiation and radioactive iodine in the coming weeks. We have now taken on our neice with residential custody and struggling to keep enough food and things she needs daily stocked. Her mother made promises that she would help with food and toiletries and anything she would need. But has yet to provide anything but some half gone cereal and dollar tree soap and shampoo that made her body and scalp dry and itchy. When asked for some eggs for breakfast or curriculum for school cause we are homeschooling her we get told she has bills and vacation to pay for and has to make sure her boyfriends kids are fed and taken care of. Sorry for the rant but literally anything would help us out and I can't let my wife and niece struggle. Thank you all for your help
