My name is Cayle Rose. I was a dedicated rural mail carrier with the USPS in Mississippi from 2023 to 2025. I discovered and proved systemic wage theft: management was illegally shaving hours from employees’ timecards in violation of the Fair Labor Standards Act. The stolen wages are funneled into management “recognition checks” — bonuses that rewarded for saving money and management performance. My findings were confirmed by Kent Ferris, NRLCA Union Director for Mississippi and Alabama.

After I reported it, management unleashed relentless retaliation and harassment. One coworker, unable to endure the abuse, tragically took his own life at the Postmaster’s residence. I continued documenting the violations for over a year while under EEOC protection, only to be fired after they falsified records and violated the union contract.

I am now unemployed, my career destroyed, and facing a powerful federal agency that has already committed multiple counts of perjury — lies proven by contradictory sworn testimony and video evidence.
