Kidney Failure/Replacement Dual Surgery

I have not been in great shape over the last five years and and have become bedridden from a stomachbug. Then it gave me the issues of kidneys failing. I'm on the waiting list and suffering kidney failure, and my sister is donating soon but it will be hard to get through and on everyone. Very costly medically. Can anyone help?
