We are raising funds for my dear friend Jennifer Dale, who was recently diagnosed with colorectal cancer. Jennifer retired from the Clark County School District as a teacher and administrator. For those of you in the local Las Vegas, NV law enforcement community, Jennifer is married to retired Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Sgt. Brian Kobrys. In order to receive the best treatment possible, Jennifer will be trusting her care with the elite team of doctors at MD Anderson Cancer Center located in Houston,Texas. MD Anderson is the best colorectal cancer treatment center in the United States. As of now, her insurance company is not negotiating with MD Anderson, so she is being treated as a cash pay patient. Her first appointment at MD Anderson is on March 16th. She will initially spend one week there, where they will conduct CT scans, MRIs, another colonoscopy, bloodwork, etc. This initial visit alone will cost 35K. We are asking for support to help cover medical bills, travel, and other related expenses so we can concentrate on healing. Any donation will help no matter the amount.
