My name is Jeff, and I’m reaching out with a humble but urgent request for help.

For the past five years, I’ve been living with kidney and pancreas failure. Four days a week, I spend four long hours hooked up to a dialysis machine just to stay alive. Most days, I feel exhausted, nauseous, and drained — not just from the treatment, but from the constant toll this illness has taken on my body and my spirit.

In 2025 alone, I spent 67 days in the hospital. The financial burden of dialysis, medications, hospital stays, and ongoing care has become overwhelming. Despite my best efforts, the mounting medical bills have made it nearly impossible to focus on what matters most: surviving long enough to receive the kidney and pancreas transplant I so desperately need.

A successful transplant would mean freedom from dialysis, restored health, and the chance to truly live again instead of just surviving. But getting there requires significant financial support for surgery, anti-rejection medications, travel, housing near the transplant center, and the many unexpected costs that come with recovery.

Every single donation — no matter the amount — will go directly toward my medical care and help lift some of the crushing financial weight so I can focus on healing. Sharing my story also makes a huge difference by spreading awareness and reaching more compassionate hearts.
