Hello, my name is James Hamilton. In February of last year (2025) I had  surgery on my left foot. Five toes on my left foot  had to be amputated due to frostbite from working outside in the snow.

 It has taken till May 15 2025 for my left foot to finally heal. Now I can start to walk again with the help of physical therapy department. I have been living in a rehab and nursing facility after getting out of the hospital in St Louis Mo. 

I am requesting donations, large or small, to help with medical bills, cell phone bill ( currently turned off due to lack of payment), and  new shoes. Also donations will help me order food from Aldis and Walmart. The rehab and nursing facility I am at has food  that is often inedible and with small portions. After dinner at 5pm no food is available from our kitchen.

It is not an easy thing for me to ask for money here as I started working at 14 and normally work full time 5 to 7 days a week. However since my Medicaid pays for my stay at the rehab facility I am not allowed to work.

These funds will help supply me with a few basic necessities. Any amount will help and up with the kind help from people like you. Even $5.00 will be a blessing.
