My name is Jennifer, and I am humbly asking for help for my daughter and me during one of the hardest times in our lives.

Over a year ago, we were involved in a serious Uber accident that changed our lives physically, emotionally, and financially. Since the accident, we have struggled with ongoing pain, medical issues, emotional stress, and financial hardship while waiting for our legal case to be resolved. Although one insurance company has already paid, the major claim involving Uber’s insurance is still ongoing after more than a year.

During this time, we have done everything we could to remain stable. We have reached out to organizations, housing programs, churches, and resources for assistance, but many programs have long wait times or limited availability. We are now facing an urgent housing crisis and may soon have nowhere safe to stay.

Our immediate goal is to raise $5,000 to help cover approximately 30 days (4 weeks) of emergency lodging, along with transportation, food, and other basic necessities while we continue fighting to rebuild our lives.

The most urgent need is safe housing. We are simply trying to avoid being outside while recovering physically and mentally from everything we have endured.

We are continuing to push forward and are actively trying to regain stability, secure transportation, and return to work as soon as possible. Right now, we just need help getting through this emergency season safely.
