I need help I had to go to the hospital recently

Last month I had to go to the hospital for a pain in a lower right side of my back that hurts so badly that it woke me up from my sleep and I ended up calling an ambulance to go to the hospital to figure out what was wrong just for them to tell me that they have no idea what caused it and now I'm stuck with a bill that I cannot pay by myself and I would greatly appreciate any kind of help thank you
