Early last year, I was planning and preparing for a mission trip to San Clemente Ecuador. Just a month before the trip, I ended up having emergency spine surgery and was not cleared to travel, and not able to join our team in Ecuador.

While that season was difficult, I know that God had big plans in store for myself and for others. Thanks to all the generosity and prayers from others, the funds needed for the trip were raised and were used to send someone else in my place.

This year, our church is taking another mission trip to Ecuador, and I'm excited to have the opportunity to be part of this team and this trip.

This mission trip will focus on children’s ministry and community outreach, we will be serving in schools and villages to share the love and truth of Jesus.

Missions are never done alone. Not only are we going as a team, but those who are part of our sending also play a huge part in the work of spreading the Gospel:

“Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.” -Matthew 28:19-20

“Then I heard the voice of the Lord saying, ‘Whom shall I send? And who will go for us?’ And I said, ‘Here am I. Send me!“-Isaiah 6:8

“And how can anyone preach unless they are sent? As it is written: ‘How beautiful are the feet of those who bring good news!’” -Romans 10:15

I’m asking you to prayerfully consider being part of this mission trip and part of my sending. I am asking for prayers and encouragement, and if you are able and feel led, financial support to fund this trip.

Every prayer, and every gift helps plant the seeds that God promises to grow.
