After 20 days in and out of the hospital the doctors have discovered several disturbing masses on my left kidney and on my pancreas.

The most disturbing, of course, are the black spots on my pancreas.

I am raising money to pay for the surgery. The out-of-pocket estimate is $45,000 to $60,000.

I'll know more in a week or two, but I am really in need of an immediate $45,000 so I can try to negotiate a fair out-of-pocket cost with the gastroenterologist.
