For more than 15 years, three hardworking men: Radley, Howard, and Deon, have dedicated their lives to serving people, building teams, and strengthening communities through the service industry. Between the three of us, we’ve spent decades working long hours, managing operations, leading teams, solving problems, and helping businesses grow from the ground up. We weren’t handed opportunities, we earned them through sacrifice, consistency, and an unwavering work ethic.

Now, we’re taking the biggest step of our lives: building a service-based franchise portfolio designed not only to create successful businesses, but to create real opportunities for the communities we serve.

Our vision is much bigger than simply owning businesses. We want to build companies that directly improve neighborhoods while creating stable, meaningful jobs for hardworking people. Our goal is to launch and grow service brands such as:

The 3 of us collectively bring extensive experience in business development, multi-unit operations, leadership training, recruiting, staffing, and team development. Over the years, we have helped oversee large teams, develop leaders, improve operations, and drive business growth across multiple markets. Our background in building systems, coaching employees, and scaling operations gives this venture a strong foundation for long-term success.

We’ve spent years saving, sacrificing, and planning for this opportunity. As of today, we have personally saved $70,000 toward launching this franchise venture. We are fully invested in making this happen and are risking our own savings because we truly believe in the future we’re trying to build.

To move forward with acquiring and launching our franchise operation, we need an additional $50,000.
