Hello, my name is James Alan Jimenez. After years of working hard and serving as a pastor, I recently accepted a new pastoral role in Kailua-Kona, Hawaii at CrossPoint Church of God. However, my heart remains unsettled because my beloved wife, who is a Filipino citizen, is still in the Philippines. Our dream is to reunite here in the United States and begin our life together in this new chapter, but the costs of the paperwork for her petition, purchasing a reliable car, and securing a rental home have created financial challenges that we can’t meet alone.

I am hoping to raise $10,000 to cover the following essential needs:

- A Reliable Car: $6,000 for a second-hand vehicle and set aside for maintenance costs. I need a vehicle to get around for daily tasks, ministry work, and, eventually, for my wife and I to start our life together. Additionally, a reliable car would allow me to earn a second income through opportunities like DoorDash, Uber, or Lyft, helping to further support our family.

- My Wife, Chim's Visa Petition: $2,000 for the paperwork and legal fees to process my wife’s visa, so she can finally join me here in the U.S.

- Initial Rental Costs: $2,000 to secure a rental home for us as we settle down and start this new chapter of our lives together. Presently living on the other side of the Island in Hilo but I want to be closer to the community I am serving.

Reuniting with Chim and starting a new life here in America means everything to us. After serving the Lord for so many years in the Philippines, I believe this next season of life is about building a strong, stable foundation. A good, quality used car will allow me to take on my pastoral duties effectively, and securing a home will give us a place to settle, heal, and grow as a family. But most importantly, this campaign is about bringing us together after months of being apart.
