Help Disabled Seneca Member Avoid Homelessness

Emergency: 1 Year to Build a Disabled-Led Homestead & Avoid HomelessnessI am facing a strict one-year deadline to secure safe, permanent housing, and I urgently need your help to make my land livable. The Urgent SituationI recently inherited 2 acres of land on Seneca Nation territory. My ultimate dream is to establish a modest, independent shed-home and start a small sustainable farm. Right now, I am living temporarily with my girlfriend's grandfather. He has generously given me exactly one year to get my homestead situated before I must move out.My Disability & The Financial BattleI live with Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder (FASD). Because of my disability, I cannot maintain traditional employment and have zero income. I am currently fighting for my survival through the Social Security disability system. My initial application and my recent Reconsideration appeal were both rejected. I am moving to the next appeal stage, but this legal process takes months—time I do not have.Progress Made & Next StepsThanks to hard work, I have successfully cleared most of the heavy trees on the land! The good news is that town water and an electric pole sit right at my property line. However, I am completely stuck on the next critical phases because I have no income.Where Your Donations Go ($6,000 Goal)Your support will fund the immediate physical needs to prepare the land and secure a decent-sized shed to house two people before my deadline runs out:The Shed-Home: Funding the rent-to-own or monthly payment option of $500 to $600 a month to physically secure the structure.Stump Removal: Hiring equipment to pull the remaining tree stumps so the ground is flat and usable.Foundation & Driveway: Buying the gravel needed for a stable driveway and a solid, level shed foundation.Grid Connection: Paying the initial utility fees to trench a water line and install an electrical meter box for running water and light.I am fighting hard against systemic barriers to achieve safe, sovereign, and independent housing as a person with a developmental disability. Every single dollar brings me closer to a permanent home and self-sufficiency.Please consider donating $5, $10, or sharing my link with your community. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for helping me build my future.
