Gaye Quinton was a loving wife to Robby Quinton, a mother of 6, and a grandmother to 14. On May 9th, the afternoon before Mother’s Day, she passed away peacefully in her home with her loving husband Robby, daughter Emily, and her granddaughter next to her. She was 65.

She worked hard to provide for her family. Even though they didn't always have a lot, Gaye was always willing to help someone she saw in need. Most importantly, this came from her love and faith in Jesus Christ close to her heart. That relationship only deepened as she went through some of the hardest trials of her life and into her last days.

When her daughter Cindy tragically died in a car accident in 2010, Cindy left behind her special-needs daughter, Sophia. Gaye and Robby immediately stepped up to care for her. As many who know Sophia can confirm, that was not an easy task to take on, all while still grieving the loss of her daughter. But she did it anyway, with a loving heart, until her health prevented her from continuing to do so.

Gaye was diagnosed with a genetic autoimmune disease that aggressively attacked her liver back in 2022. She fought it until the very end, until her body could no longer hold out. We have every confidence that she is resting peacefully in her Savior’s presence.

Unfortunately her battle with this sickness made frequent hospitalizations necessary, leaving a lot of debt from medical bills and general bills they got behind on just trying to get by.

All donations from this fundraiser will go directly to paying off these debts and helping Robby and the family have some breathing room during this time of mourning.
