I am in need of help with cars repairs, because I can't afford to buy a new vehicle and it seems like the one I have everything in the world is going wrong with it all at once and I am not able to keep up with all the expense at the moment I use this vehicle to go to my doctor appointments because I have multiple life-threading issues that requires treatment quite often if anyone is able to help me with any of the expense at all would be greatly appreciated
