Help with mortgage payments due to medical emergen

We are 3 months behind on payments due to a medical emergency that caused us to get pretty behind on the payments. Had a family member get sick, and we have no insurance so we had to pay for all services, and medication out of pocket. We are in tge process of trying ti get caught up, and struggling currently. Anyhelp would be greatly appreciated, and used to catch the payments up.
