Help with Dental and Vision Care

I'm raising money to help cover dental and vision care that I need. I'm diabetic, and my teeth and eyes have been affected. I need my top dentures fixed and my bottom dentures replaced on all four implants. I also need glasses. Your support would mean so much to me as I work to address these health needs.
