My son didn't hear from Missouri a year ago... Is divorced and his did not get to see his child but he pays child support he was not able to pay his electric bill for several months and try as tried to get help would look like he sees and nobody will help him.. and say he makes too much money.. that's not possible a month comes out of his check for child support.. currently his electricity shut up and has been for a month
