On Sunday, March 22nd, my brother Tyler, his wife Becky, and their son Zack were stopped at a red light on their way to lunch when they were involved in a devastating car accident. All three family members sustained serious injuries that required emergency transport and immediate surgeries but by the grace of God they all survived. Zack, who is just two years old, is currently home healing from two broken femurs, and Tyler is beginning a long recovery process for a broken back and reconstructive foot surgery. Becky remains in the hospital following several procedures for extensive internal and external injuries, including a broken sternum, back, and ankle. Tragically, amidst this physical trauma, Becky was pregnant and they lost the baby.

The road to recovery for the entire family will be incredibly long. At this time, both Tyler and Becky are physically unable to care for themselves or their son, and any help is deeply appreciated as the family requires outside assistance for even the most basic daily needs. We are reaching out to ask for help in easing the mounting financial stress of medical and surgical bills, intensive outpatient therapy for all three of them, and daily living expenses while both Tyler and Becky are unable to work.
