Danya helped put her ex-husband thru college then he quit his job at Chevron to not pay child support, leaving she and her 4 children destitute. He baptized 11 people the first yr. she met him, then became a hard-core, abusive atheist. After 34 yrs. of marriage he left for a woman 10 yrs. younger, about when Danya turned 50. He chose the debt that would leave the 4 children and she in foreclosure at the beginning of a 4 yr. horrid divorce, then he didn't pay it, leaving them with it. He purposefully signed and defaulted on an HOA agreement, later hiring a lawyer to make his own children homeless and refusing to pay even a portion of the debt. Due to his adultery she was given the house so they are at risk, not him. Living elsewhere, he came to their house and told the older two kids "I'm moving in, ya'll can move out". They did.

The next week, Bible class was about the Christian's losing their homes to persecution. Danya's son gathered the girls and she to pray. He told the Lord, "this is Your home and we give it to You but If you want us to have it, we are grateful. Above all, let Your Will be done."

Our Powerfully Loving, Heavenly Father, the One Lawgiver and Judge, heard that prayer and has allowed them thus far to beat foreclosure (5 law firms) in court, Pro Se on Rule 145. Big bank buyout -Wells Fargo tried to auction off their house when they didn't owe them anything at all.

"No weapon formed against you shall prosper and every tongue that accuses you in judgement you will condemn." Isaiah 54:17a

It truly is "better to give than to receive", Jesus knows and we concur. Please understand that Danya would never ask unless she had prayerfully come to a place that there is no other way. Due to no fault of their own, they found out, they had bills with outstanding legal fees for each of the two HOAs. They have taken care of one and some of the other one thus far. The previous HOA owners told her in hardship that they didn't foreclose, rather, they place a lien and get their money when the house is sold. Planning to sell it, the family was grateful. New HOA owners surprised them at Christmastime, wanting to steamroll foreclosure.

Give Send Go funds will be used to pay remaining bills and legal fees to avoid displacement. As you can imagine this has been agonizing. Danya and her children's love and heartfelt thanks to you for your kindness is beyond words. Please know how much your labors of love are appreciated.
