I am Buddika Nirmal Peris. My mother is currently a patient with neurological challenges, rendering her unable to attend to her own needs. As part of her medical care, she has been equipped with a PEG tube for feeding purposes. The expense associated with tube feeding supplements has become extraordinarily burdensome for our family. Assuming the role of primary caregiver for my mother has prevented me from maintaining employment.

In addition to my caregiving responsibilities, I also have a five-year-old child and a spouse, placing us in a particularly challenging financial situation. We are now faced with the pressing concern of our child's enrollment, as applications for grade one have recently been released. Unfortunately, our current financial circumstances are exceedingly strained.
