My brother was in a terrifying pool accident a few years back. But my salary can only cover some of what we need.

Last year, someone drove into my brother while he was driving home from the shop in his electrical wheelchair. The accident damaged his wheelchair and he had to have a second serious operation. The wheelchair he had was sponsored by the hospital, and now we need to raise money to buy him a new one, it's very expensive.
