The Situation

​I am writing this because I have reached a point where I know I cannot do this alone. I am ready—fully and deeply ready—to go to rehab and start the hard work of recovery. I want my life back, but I’ve hit a wall that I can’t climb over without help.

​The Barrier

​Right now, the biggest thing standing between me and the help I need is a financial gap. I currently do not have private insurance, and despite my best efforts, I do not qualify for state-funded programs. Because of this, the cost of an inpatient program is entirely out of reach for me.

​Why I’m Asking for Help

​Asking for money is the hardest thing I’ve ever had to do, but I am desperate to get healthy. I am at a crossroads, and I know that the structured environment of a rehabilitation center is exactly what I need to succeed.
