Help me save my home

I have battled several health problems and multiple hospital stays have put me in a bad hole I can't get out of. I've reached out to community organizations and churches to no avail. I am running out of time and need to pay $2000 by May 15th. If anyone finds it in their hearts to help it would be humbly appreciated. I am back at work and able to keep up future bills but I am terrified to lose my home.
