Help me recover from medical debt

In 2023 I had to have my shoulder replaced and it wiped me out financially. I have been struggling since then, I am single, I work full-time and have gotten more behind every month until now, I am completely out of money. I can't pay my rent, utilities or food for my pets. I am genuinely terrified of what is going to happen next. Any help would be so appreciated. Thank you for taking the time to read this.
