I live in a mentally abusive household where I am always walking on eggshells, worrying about when the next explosion might be. Most days, I stay in my room just to avoid conflict and protect myself. It’s become clear I need to escape this household before it does more damage than it already has, and I need your help to do so. 

The funds raised through this campaign will cover my flight from Texas to Virginia, a down payment and 8 months of rent, groceries, basic furniture, and my medications. If possible, some of the support may also go towards a car, which would help me get to work and appointments. Having these essentials taken care of will give me the time and security I need to look for a job and settle into a new life without constant worry.
