Help getting a place

My landlord is selling my house that I live in and don’t know what the new owners gonna do with the property and I have 2 kids I’m trying to find a new place to go but don’t have the money saved up because of other bills. My landlord promised me after her husband passed away that she wouldn’t screw us over and that’s exactly what she is doing . So if anyone can please help that would be great
