Hello, my name is Charles Day. I have been diagnosed with copd/empysema also have heart problems and sizures. I have to see several different specialist each month plus my regular doctor. We are having to find a place to live also so everything is just more than my disability will cover. Just needing a little hand up even a prayer is worth more than anything.
