My sweet cat, Bogey, has fluid on his belly and needs bloodwork, scans, and medical treatment depending on the outcome of the tests. My hours have been cut at work, so we could use a little help. Please help my good boy. Thank you.

Update: First of all, I'd like to thank everyone who has donated so far. After speaking with the vet, there are 2 possible causes for his swelling. One is FIP, which is caused by a Covid virus and is curable with antiviral medications. The other is an incurable form of epithelial cancer. We are awaiting the results of the FIP test. If it is positive, we will proceed with the 12-week course of medication, which will begin working quickly. If it is negative, it means the cause is definitely the cancer and we will unfortunately have to consider what that means for his quality of life. Thank you again for your donations. Update: Sadly, the tests have confirmed he does have the untreatable cancer. He is being kept comfortable for now, but we will be putting him to sleep soon to minimize his suffering. Thank you to all who donated, and I appreciate any donations toward his end-of-life care.
