Help for a family of 5

My name is Maureen Koscinski. I desperately need some help. My husband has been hospitalized for almost a month, I work but also have health problems. While he's been in the hospital I've had to struggle to pay the rent, plus final notices on utilities, plus putting food on the table for our 3 kids. Because I don't drive due to epilepsy I have to pay over 800 dollars a month in uber rides. Please help my family because I feel like I'm drowning 😔
