Austin Franco is a student at Cornell University who declined an offer from a Jewish employer. However, this employer leaked Austin's information and labeled him as an antisemite, prompting the university to take action against him.

This is a clear violation of first amendment rights as well as the right to free choice.

Would this have happened if he declined to work for a Christian employer? The answer, which is obviously no, clearly shows a deep bias created by our institutions.

If Austin is punished for exercising free choice, then this sets a precedent for the entire country. As Americans, it is our duty to resist any encroachment on our rights. "Give them an inch, and they will take a mile."
