Help After car breakdown/job loss

I've worked as a certified Nursing Assistant for 29 years, dedicating myself to caring for terminal patients. Recently, my engine failed and I had to junk my car. Around the same time, my job terminated my position. On top of this, I'm providing for my special needs granddaughter. The sudden loss of both my vehicle and my income has left me in a difficult position, and I'm reaching out for emergency help during this difficult time.
