Hello everyone, my name is Jakil I’m currently in need of heart surgery and cannot afford it out of pocket and I don’t have insurance. Anything will help and be greatly appreciated, I just wanna live my whole life and grow old and be able to experience a family I’m only 22 years old and don’t have anyone else to depend on
