Our beloved grandpa has always been the heart of our family, a kind, gentle soul who lights up every room with his warm smile and stories from the good old days. At 84, he’s now facing the tough challenges of Alzheimer’s disease and a serious heart condition that require ongoing medical care, medications, doctor visits, and specialized support.
