Hello, my name is Patience and I am based in South Africa.

I am asking for help during one of the most difficult moments of my life.

My place was damaged by heavy rain and flooding. Parts of my home were ruined and I am currently struggling to fix it so that I can live safely again. At the same time, I have no food in my home as I write this, and I am trying my best to stay strong.

I am also working towards starting my small business so that I can become independent and stop relying on help in the future. I already have the ideas, the vision and the willingness to work — what I do not have right now is financial support.

The funds raised will help me with:

basic food and daily essentials

fixing and restoring my living space after the floods

starting my small business so I can earn an income

This support will not only help me survive this difficult period, but it will help me rebuild my life with dignity.
