My father is an engineer/inventor with almost 400 granted and pending patents. He is most known for an invention that was used in over 90% of the world’s vehicles. He and his brother ran a very successful company in the 1980’s. In the early 1990s my father was forced out after his brother’s wife took full control of the company. After my father left, the company eventually went bankrupt and my father went on the start multiple small companies, however over the last 30 years many of my father’s patents have been infringed upon and used by big business. Multiple lawsuits were filed but the cases never went anywhere, since he just did not have the funds to fight big business.

My father has been working on a project the last few years that would prevent cheating in the education system. His only source of funding, which was barely enough to get by, has recently been cut by 1/3. He has a great team of engineers and scientist, but he just lacks the funding. At 87 with significant signs of aging, I don’t know how much longer he will be around and I really want see this project succeed, after all the frustration he has gone through. Any support would be greatly appreciated.
