Hey, my name is Brody. I'm 14 years old and and I love baseball! I'm raising money for a Christian Mission trip to Croatia with HiS PRINT MINISTRIES. This trip will be from 6/23 - 7/6/2026. Last year during the same trip, I helped lead a baseball camp, carnival games, and share the love of Christ with the community. I also performed juggling and yoyo tricks at a library for some kids in Sisak, Croatia. I hope to go back this summer with the mission team and help share Christ's love!

Any parent wants to see their kids take ownership and work hard to accomplish a worthy goal. When it became clear to us that Brody was going to do everything he could to make it happen for this mission trip, we determined to counsel and coach him through a few potential options that could raise enough funds for the trip. The two obvious routes were getting a job or doing a fundraiser. Most employers have policies in place preventing the hiring of 14-year-olds. In our area Brody is limited to a single employer named Braum's (a local fast-food restaurant). On his 14th birthday about 6 months ago he began reaching out and applying to join the Braum's team, but after a month of inactivity we shifted gears to how a fundraising campaign could be setup through Give Send Go. With a little advice and coaching, as well as supporting Brody by driving him to various neighborhoods to talk to people on his own, we are proud to say that our prayers to our great Lord were fully answered with a yes! Many believers recognized in our son the potential he has to carry the most important message to anyone who will listen while engaging with a Croatian community around sports. As parents, we praise the Lord for a few very specific answered prayers: 1) Brody was encouraged every time he went out fundraising by generous brothers and sisters who kept him steadily engaged in the campaign and 2) Brody truly took the position of point-man behind the Lord's leading with us watching his blessed success. To all who donated online through the app, or as a direct cash donation that was deposited by us into the app, you will never know how much you have blessed and encouraged us all! May there be abundant fruit in this 2026 Croatian mission trip!
