Update:

As I’m moving in May -after being granted more time in my current flat… and laws have change now in the UK in favour of renters! This means my needs for moving and move in costs are now far better.

I still need to cover a move in deposit and moving costs. I’ve covered holding fees, bills and other payments.

Any help is greatly appreciated!

Hi all

I’m learned that I’m  having to move at the start of the year. My landlord is selling the flat I’ve been renting. 

The timing is both unexpected and the worst time in the year possible. The UK is in a “cost of living crisis” which is referred to this way in the news. In the UK in January -this is just after major bills are due - which means I have no extra. Yet immediately the associated costs which are innumerable with moving are coming very soon…

The goal is the total I believe - for the cost  of this unexpected circumstance/move.  (Deposit, insurance, movers..) The Lord also affirmed this amount (really Lord??) several times.

Anything you can do big or small - is major in my book.

It’s truly hard for me to say I need assistance or to name a financial need.

I am working (chaplaincy) - with giving cost of living all said - I’d call my circumstance - provided for with no extra.

A friend reminded me that even though I’m working -  I’m still missionary - a person in ministry. And it’s good and right for me to ask. 

I’m thankful for my community.
