I have an incredible opportunity to return to Southeast Asia as part of my PhD seminar coursework. We will be spending time learning about Hinduism and its unique characteristics on the island of Bali by visiting temples and engaging in conversations to learn more. This trip is going to such a unique experience as we take time to learn more about Hinduism and what it looks like in this part of the world. Our time will primarily be spent visiting temples and learning the unique differences of Hinduism in Southeast Asia, compared to South Asia. I am so excited for this opportunity to return to a country I dearly love and to spend time learning and exploring different parts of the island.
