For the past few months my health has gotten worse and my doctors couldn't figure out what was causing it. On top of lupus, I have a genetic condition that lead to acute stage 4 liver failure. This week I got the news that I need a liver transplant. The closest hospital that can perform the surgery is 5 hours away. Since its so far away I'll have to stay in a nearby hotel for 2 months after the transplant.

 Although the pay for the hotel stay is covered, I will have to pay for food, transportation, and anything else I'll need for those 2 months. I do not have the money to afford this. I was barely managing to stay afloat. Since my car is still broke down,  I'll need to rent a car.
