Help Us Through Nut’s Cancer Fight

My husband, “Nut,” was recently diagnosed with aggressive bladder cancer that has now spread into his lungs and lymph nodes. He has already started treatment, but after the first treatment he became very weak and is struggling badly.

We are making constant trips to Chattanooga for appointments, testing, treatments, and emergency visits. Between fuel, food, medications, and missed work, everything is piling up faster than we can handle.

I work hard and have tried to keep everything together, but I’m now missing work to care for him and may lose my job because of the time away. We are fighting to keep our home, vehicles, and basic bills paid while also trying to get him the care he needs.

Anyone who knows us knows we normally try to handle things on our own. Asking for help is not easy for me. But right now, we truly need it.

Funds will go toward:

1. Travel expenses to Chattanooga
2. Medical costs and prescriptions
3. House, land, and utility payments
4. Food and daily living expenses
5. Keeping transportation running for treatments
