Hi everyone, my name is Deanna, and I’m raising money for my incredible mother, who has always been the heart and strength of our family. She’s 64 years old and has spent her entire life working hard to care for me and my sister as a single mom. She’s always put our needs before her own, often sacrificing her comfort and dreams just to make sure we had what we needed to get by. 

My mom has never had it easy, but she’s always faced life with faith and kindness. Even when she’s had very little, she’s been the first to help others. She has no family or friends she can turn to for support, I’m her only real source of help but unfortunately I don’t have the financial means to give her what she so desperately needs right now.

Her car, which has nearly 400,000 miles on it, is her lifeline. It’s how she gets to work and takes care of daily necessities. But it’s on its last legs, and if it breaks down, she’ll have no way to get around or continue supporting herself. I’m starting this fundraiser in hopes of helping her buy a reliable vehicle so she can finally have some peace of mind after a lifetime of giving everything to everyone else. She’s never asked for anything in return, and I want to give back to her the way she’s always given to us.
