George Mandarakas is a loving father and family man to his 3-year-old daughter Kingsley. He is a lifelong catholic and graduate of the university of Notre Dame. He has been devoted to our nation his entire life, even advising a former president on technology policy at the white house. In his most recent job, George reported to the CIO of one of the nation's largest food ingredient companies. He had been working with members of the CDC Foundation as well as the White House on committing $10 million to US food banks and $250 million to investments in innovations centers that support the use of healthier ingredients. He has a chemical engineering degree from the University of Notre Dame and an MBA from IE Business school. He is an accomplished innovator, entrepreneur, and ideas man. He worked for BASF, Evonik, Notre Dame, and Ingredion. As a community activist he's helped rebuilding homes, cooking meals for the homeless, and mentoring small business owners. Another cause that's close to his heart, that he's helped raise money for, is Parkinsons Disease. When he's not rallying for the community, he spends precious time with 3-year-old Kingsley. They enjoy walking around the lake feeding the ducks and she loves when he helps her dig for seashells. But the absolute highlight of his days is picking her up from daycare as she runs to him squealing "Dadda!"

However, all that changed on Christmas Day 2023. George was accosted by law enforcement after mass on Christmas day. He was there to receive the eucharist and celebrate the holy day, but the scorned family of his alleged mistress was stalking him from a parked car. After seizing him, and without his consent, they searched his vehicle and cherry-picked items from it to fabricate a fantasy narrative. They ignored copious amounts of evidence that DIDNT support their malicious agenda. The police and family then shopped the story to the FBI and local news outlets in an effort to emasculate and punish George. He has since been denied bail on the grounds that his marital discord makes him a threat to the community. In the 20+ years of participating in bail hearings his lawyer said she'd "never heard of such a ridiculous excuse". A US Marshall even commented after the hearing "Bro, you need to get Harvey from suits."

He is determined to get out on bail and aggressively fight his case. Since being incarcerated he's been denied basic civil liberties while also being prevented from accessing the information he requires to mount a successful defense.

"I have always presumed fairness in our justice system since I am entitled to the presumption of innocence and have been an outstanding citizen. However, I have since changed my mind"-George Mandarakas.

I am asking you to help George and his family who now face mounting expenses and significant income loss. Help give George the chance to exonerate himself and come home to his family that desperately needs him and misses him. Every American deserves that opportunity.
