We are reaching out today with humble hearts to ask for your help during a very difficult time for our Coffee Creek Country Store. Due to the unwillingness of the person holding the promissory note to negotiate with us, we have been forced to hire an attorney in order to protect—and hopefully save—our store.

As many of you know, The Coffee Creek Country Store has always been more than just a place to shop. It has been a gathering place, a lifeline, and truly the heart of our small community. It’s where neighbors run into each other and catch up on the day, where families stop in after school, and where travelers find a warm welcome along the road. For many people, we are the only store for miles, providing the everyday necessities our community depends on.

The thought of losing this place is heartbreaking. This store represents years of hard work, friendships, and memories shared between neighbors. It is part of what makes this community feel like home.

Unfortunately, the legal process required to fight for the future of the store comes with significant costs, and it is more than we can carry alone. Because of this, we are starting a legal fund and humbly asking for the support of those who believe in keeping this store open for our community.

Any donation—no matter the size—will go directly toward attorney fees and the legal process needed to defend and protect the future of the store.
