I was on a mission to save my daughter from drugs and alcohol, but didn't realize I was enabling her and that I was slowly losing everything that I ever worked for in my lifetime by thinking that if I paid her rent, bought her food, and took care of all her other bills that she wouldn't use drugs!!! Well, by me paying everything for her, all the money she made went straight to alcohol and drugs!!! My daughter died 18 times while on the streets doing drugs and 3 of those times, I had to revive her myself by doing CPR which is a terrible position to be in as a Mother, as if she died on me, I could never forgive myself!!! I finally shut the door on her as I had to let her hit rock bottom, but by then I had lost everything myself!!! My car, my land, my house, everything I had worked my entire life to buy and trying to start over at 61 is almost impossible!!! My daughter is now 3 years clean and moved up North and is doing well for herself!!! I would do it over again to save my daughter's life!!! The love a Mother has for her children is beyond words!!! Me and my doggie live on the streets and some days I get to eat and may get a tent to sleep in, then people steal them from you so sleeping and feeling safe as you never know when these kind of people will come and take the little bit you do have, so you don't get hurt, you let them have your stuff, clothes, tents, shoes, food, blankets, etc., but I make sure my doggie eats everyday and the Churches provide food 3 times a week and other individuals bring plates of food maybe twice a week!!! I praise Jesus first and foremost for keeping me and my doggie safe out here on the streets, as it is very scary out here!!! Your donations would mean the world to me and my doggie, as all we need is a camper, a car and money for clothes, cooking utilities, blankets, etc., as this would help me to be able to get a job and begin my life over!!! You guys are Angels and your donations would help us to have a better life and for us to help others once we are stable again!!! I never thought this would happen to me, but sometimes being humbled by losing everything makes you appreciate those who are willing to give you a lift up and being able to ask for help, as that is a very hard thing to do!!!
