**update: Over the last few months I have found out I have lyme disease and alpha gal syndrome. My wonderful neurologist was actually the one who saw my test results and confirmed it. I have found a doctor I may be able to start some treatments with. As many know, lyme literate doctors do not take insurance and everything must be paid out of pocket. I am hoping that I am able to come up with some more funds to be able to start and continue a treatment so maybe one day soon I can have a normal life again. Thank you so much for your support.

I went back and forth about creating this fundraiser because it’s embarrassing to ask for help. But after struggling for months and trying to hold everything together, I decided to go out on a limb and reach out for help.

Since October 2023, I’ve been facing ongoing health issues that have turned my world upside down. After countless doctor visits, bloodwork, and scans, I’ve received diagnoses like vestibular migraines, vitamin deficiencies, and most recently pre-glaucoma. I deal with ongoing vision problems on top of daily dizziness, lightheadedness, extreme fatigue, and other challenges that make it impossible for me to work, although I did struggle through working for a long time.

I’ve been out of work since March 2025, and our only income is my husband’s disability benefits. He’s been unable to work since a devastating car accident five years ago. Up until now, I’ve always worked and helped keep us steady, but this time we’re struggling more than ever.

To make things harder, we discovered mold in our crawl space, attic, and bathroom—something that can worsen health issues. We were blessed to have a loan from a friend to cover remediation and repairs (around $11,000), but now we’re faced with the challenge of paying them back while also keeping up with our car payment, mortgage, and basic needs.

My goal with this fundraiser is to pay back the kind person who helped us, keep our car and home, and protect my family while I continue searching for answers and treatment. More than anything, I want to regain my health so I can return to work, support my family, and give back to others the way people are helping us now.
